Nairika completed a Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Laws conjoint at the University of Auckland, majoring in Accounting and Finance within her commerce degree. She is currently completing her Professional Legal Studies Course with the College of Law and is on track to be admitted as a Barrister and Solicitor of the High Court of New Zealand upon completion.

Nairika developed a strong interest in family law during her third year of law school while studying Family Law at the University of Auckland. This interest grew into a genuine passion for supporting individuals and families through challenging and often emotional legal matters, which led her to pursue a career in this area of practice.

She joined Complete Legal at the beginning of 2026 with a keen desire to build a long-term career in family law and to provide thoughtful, empathetic, and practical support to clients.

Outside of the office, Nairika enjoys spending time with her family and friends.
